Inside Sales Specialist – Product Sales

Location: Bengaluru / Coimbatore

Experience: 4–8 Years


Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth for Soliton’s Digital Test Solutions. The role focuses on new customer acquisition, proactive outreach, and sales of high-value protocol validation tools and services to semiconductor companies, test houses, and OEMs. You will manage full B2B sales cycles, engage technical stakeholders, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospects through outbound calls, targeted email campaigns, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand protocol validation challenges, workflows, and requirements.
  • Deliver impactful demos of Soliton’s Protocol Validation Suite and automation solutions.
  • Manage complete B2B sales cycles—from initial outreach to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates, track leads, and provide reliable sales forecasts.
  • Develop strong relationships with engineering teams and leadership at semiconductor firms.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Work closely with application engineering, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and project success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related technical discipline.
  • 4–8 years of B2B technical sales experience, preferably in semiconductor tools, test equipment, or engineering services.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and discuss protocol validation concepts.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas of ₹50L–₹2Cr+.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
