Position Summary:
Nestlé is looking for a skilled and experienced Supply Planning Specialist with a deep understanding of OMP Supply and Distribution Planning, Detailed Scheduling, and Material Planning (MRP). This role offers an exciting opportunity to deploy OMP solutions across various Nestlé markets based on the Global Template. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in supply planning, with expertise in SAP ECC (MM, PP) and planning tools like APO/OMP, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy OMP solutions across Nestlé markets, following the Global Template.
- Understand market business requirements and translate them into harmonized system solutions.
- Identify and resolve gaps in system processes through change management.
- Troubleshoot data processing issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide regular communication to end users regarding feedback and issue resolution.
- Track tasks and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in Supply Planning, with hands-on exposure to OMP Supply and Distribution Planning, Detailed Scheduling, and Material Planning (MRP).
- Solid understanding of inventory optimization principles and similar experience in SAP ECC (MM, PP).
- Knowledge of master and transactional data required for SAP ECC and planning tools (APO/OMP).
- Expertise in solution design, development coordination, and testing.
- Strong soft skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and vendors.
- Experience managing L3 tickets in SAP and OMP is a must.
- Operational exposure is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
