Location: Bengaluru, KA 560043 (100% Onsite role)

Night Shift/ Full Time Role.

Job Description:

As a Senior IT Recruiter at Invisia, you will play a vital role in our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract, assess and hire top-tier IT professionals to support our companys growth and success. This Position offers an exciting opportunity to lead recruitment efforts, collaborate with hiring managers, and contribute to building a dynamic and diverse team of technology experts.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Certifications under Human Resource Like HRIM, SHRM is preferred.


1. Sourcing:

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify and attract top IT talents.

2. Recruitment:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating technical assessments.

3. Candidate Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

4. Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

5. Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and tactics.

6. Negotiation:

  • Manage salary negotiations and offer extensions to ensure competitive offers that meet both candidate and company expectation.

7. Onboarding:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including background checks, paperwork, and orientation sessions.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2+Yrs as an IT Recruiter, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  • In-Depth Knowledge of IT Roles, technologies and skillsets.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to identify and attract passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Demo started ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with application tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
