We are seeking a highly skilled Java Microservices Backend Developer / Technical Lead to join our team for a critical enterprise application. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems along with strong experience leading technical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, and Oracle.
- Design high-level architecture, domain models, and detailed technical specifications.
- Build and optimize microservices for performance and scalability.
- Implement integration solutions using Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).
- Lead technical tasks, provide guidance, and review code quality.
- Work in Agile teams to deliver features on time.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
