Key Responsibilities of a Kronos Application Support Sr Consultant
- Technical Support Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support for Kronos applications especially timekeeping and attendance modules
- Troubleshoot issues related to data format mismatches system errors and integration failures RE INC179mat issues
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity across platforms Kronos AppOpen Jobs
- Configuration Enhancement
- Configure Kronos elements such as Pay Rules Work Rules Accruals Scheduling Attendance and Access Profiles KronosFun HCLTech
- Implement enhancements based on user feedback and business requirements
- Collaborate with labor relations teams to update configurations per union rules and regulations KronosFun HCLTech
- Business Analysis Documentation
- Analyze business workflows and translate them into system configurations
- Create and maintain functional and technical design documents test plans and user training materials KronosFun HCLTech
- Conduct root cause analysis RCA and document findings for incidents like SVP payment issues due to format errors AAR for EmPRB0046016
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with HR Payroll and Financial teams to align Kronos functionalities with business needs
- Liaise with internal IT and vendor teams for issue resolution and system upgrades
- Participate in meetings such as Kronos Backlog and Kronos Delivery Concern to address ongoing support and enhancement needs Kronos Backlog Kronos Delry Concern
- Training Knowledge Sharing
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for endusers
- Maintain a knowledge base for recurring issues and solutions
- Skills Qualifications
- 810 years of experience in Kronos UKG application support and configuration
- Proficiency in SQL PLSQL and Kronos WIM Workforce Integration Manager
- Experience with Kronos Cloud platform and Dell Boomi integration is a plus
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills
Mandatory Skills :
- SAP Process Modelling Suite (Signavio, ARIS, Visio)
- Kronos -Time and Attendance
