About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to drive enrollment growth by engaging with schools, colleges, and prospective students. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven sales expertise, and the ability to build relationships within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and outreach activities.
  • Engage with schools and colleges to build partnerships and drive admissions-related conversations.
  • Understand education programs and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Maintain strong follow-up and nurturing of prospective leads.
  • Handle objections professionally and close leads effectively.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead flows.
  • Provide timely feedback on market trends, competition, and student requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of sales or lead generation experience (education sector preferred).
  • Prior experience working with schools and colleges is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of higher education programs.
  • Customer-centric approach with active listening skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Skilled in handling objections and closing deals.
  • Strong time management and priority-setting skills.
  • Goal-driven, resilient, and able to handle rejection professionally.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools for lead tracking and management.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
