Job Description

Lead Software Engineer – C#

Experience: 5–10 Years

Location:Bengaluru / Coimbatore

Salary: 8-10 LPA

Position Overview

The Lead C# Engineer will design and implement enterprise-level applications and provide strong technical direction to the team. You will drive architectural decisions, ensure coding excellence, and contribute directly to the creation of scalable, maintainable solutions using advanced C# capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into simple, scalable, and maintainable software designs.
  • Drive architectural decisions, tech risk analysis, and performance improvements.
  • Create detailed estimation plans, functional specifications, and solution designs.
  • Review functional specifications proactively to ensure quality and performance.
  • Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design guidelines.
  • Recommend libraries, tools, frameworks, and platforms to optimize development.
  • Lead demos, walkthroughs, and ensure high-quality deliverables with proper documentation.
  • Guide the Agile team through retrospectives, sprint planning, analysis of performance metrics, and action plans.
  • Monitor and report project progress, risks, and development status to senior leadership.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of proven C# and ASP.NET development experience with an Engineering degree.
  • Strong experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Solid understanding of MVVM architecture, WPF, and multithreading.
  • Expertise in writing unit tests, debugging, and using memory profiling tools.
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as GitLab, SVN, Perforce.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and customer-facing skills.
