Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager with exceptional communication skills and strong experience in online bidding, client handling, and business development across international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading proposal development for global IT outsourcing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end online bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other marketplaces.
  • Write compelling proposals, prepare cost estimates, and handle pricing negotiations.
  • Identify and convert potential clients from US, UK, EU, and other international regions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.
  • Work closely with project managers and technical leads to gather project requirements and prepare accurate proposals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Create presentations and business documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of targets and maintain strong business pipelines.

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of the IT outsourcing and digital services industry.
  • Experience working with online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
  • Ability to write professional proposals and perform cost estimation.
  • Basic knowledge of web and mobile application development (coding not required).
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and business analysis skills.
