Role Summary
As an Application Lead, you will take ownership of designing, building, and configuring enterprise applications while acting as the primary point of contact for delivery and technical decision-making. We are seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset, capable of leading teams to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks. This role plays a key part in driving innovation, automation, and business transformation through intelligent, cloud-based solutions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for application development and Azure IaaS
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery
- Take ownership of team-level and multi-team technical decisions
- Engage with multiple stakeholders and contribute to key architectural and design discussions
- Provide effective solutions to complex technical challenges across applications and systems
- Oversee the end-to-end application development lifecycle, from design to deployment
- Ensure on-time project delivery with adherence to quality and performance standards
- Mentor, guide, and upskill team members to build a strong engineering culture
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI to: Automate business processes ,Integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows,Deliver measurable business impact and value
Professional & Technical Skills
Must-Have Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS
- Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures
- Experience designing and implementing scalable, secure applications on Azure
- Hands-on knowledge of Azure services including: Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking
- Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates
- Strong grasp of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts, including:Â Prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, Responsible and scalable AI adoption
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives and value realization
Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of modern application frameworks and microservices architecture
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS
- Proven experience leading application development teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech (any specialization)
