Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Application Lead / Associate Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure PaaS to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, cloud architecture expertise, and an AI-first mindset, with the ability to drive business-aligned solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks. You will act as the primary point of contact for application development initiatives, guiding teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and configuration of custom applications using Microsoft Azure PaaS services.
- Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) and primary technical decision-maker for the team.
- Oversee end-to-end application development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet quality, scope, and timeline commitments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor development teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, technical guidance, and skill enhancement within the team.
- Design and implement scalable, secure cloud-native solutions using Azure PaaS.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance and reliability.
- Lead AI-driven solution development using Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Apply prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks to ensure responsible and scalable AI usage.

Educational Qualification

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure PaaS
- 5–10 years overall experience in application development and technical leadership roles
