Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nexthink Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in PowerShell scripting, API integrations, and NQL. The ideal candidate will work on digital experience monitoring, automation, dashboards, and analytics within the Nexthink environment. This role requires strong technical abilities, problem-solving skills, and experience in integrating Nexthink with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and manage Nexthink dashboards, campaigns, and analytics.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell for system and user experience improvements.
- Build and manage API integrations with Nexthink and enterprise applications.
- Create and optimize NQL queries for dashboards, reporting, and end-user analytics.
- Monitor digital employee experience, identify issues, and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and service delivery teams for incident troubleshooting.
- Support Nexthink upgrades, new module deployments, and performance tuning.
Additional Skills
- Experience with automation frameworks and endpoint management tools.
- Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and generate meaningful insights.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT operations or end-user computing roles.
- Mandatory experience with Nexthink, PowerShell scripting, API integrations, and NQL.
- Hands-on experience with dashboards, analytics, and automation within Nexthink.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
