OKTA IAM Architect / Lead
Job ID: 811046
Location: PAN India
Salary: ₹21–25 LPA
Experience:
- P3: 6–8 Years
- P4: 7–10 Years
Role Summary
- Lead design and architecture of Okta-based IAM solutions
- Drive enterprise identity, access, and security implementations
Key Responsibilities
- Design Okta IAM architecture, security models, and migration roadmaps
- Integrate Okta with on-prem and cloud applications
- Implement SSO, MFA, RBAC, and access policies
- Define IAM standards and best practices across enterprise
- Manage user lifecycle (provisioning, de-provisioning, migration)
- Migrate from legacy IAM tools (e.g., SiteMinder)
- Automate workflows using Okta APIs & Okta Workflows
- Collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams
- Act as Okta SME and provide technical leadership
- Optimize Okta performance, scalability, and security
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Okta Identity Cloud
- IAM concepts: SSO, MFA, User Lifecycle Management
- Integration protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC
- Cloud architecture knowledge
- Automation & scripting (Terraform preferred)
- Security & compliance knowledge (GDPR, SOC2)
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
