Oracle OTM Consultant – Transport Management Solutions

Role Purpose

The Oracle OTM Consultant will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing transportation solutions across global projects. The role involves ownership of the full transport functionality within OTM, including Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Supply Chain Visibility, Event Management, Inventory Visibility, and Freight Bill Audit & Payments. The selected professional will work on implementation activities, change requests, system enhancements, and provide support to ensure maximum value for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements, perform solution design, and deliver transport solution services for multiple projects and support engagements.
  • Conduct CRP sessions, customer workshops, solution walkthroughs, and documentation.
  • Implement project work packages aligned to Agile and DevOps delivery models.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and technical development teams (internal or external) to complete change requests.
  • Provide support for live customers including CRs, upgrades, and new release management.
  • Participate in go-live and post-go-live support, ensuring smooth transition for end-users.
  • Maintain consistent communication with business stakeholders and project teams across the project lifecycle.
  • Drive business requirement and GAP analysis workshops for template-based deployments.
  • Develop test scenarios/scripts and work with QA teams to automate testing.
  • Manage and support UAT activities and assist with end-user training.

Required Functional Experience

  • Deep understanding of transportation business processes and strong technical knowledge of OTM (Kewill experience is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with Agile and DevOps delivery methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ancillary transport systems and B2B integrations (HERE, Transporeon, Centiro, etc.).
  • Proven experience conducting workshops, preparing solution design proposals, and customer consulting.
  • Experience coordinating and overseeing deliverables from specialists and suppliers.
  • Strong capability in building customer presentations, delivering technical/functional solution content.
