Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ORC Techno Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). The ideal candidate will possess a blend of functional (70%) and technical (30%) capabilities, with deep understanding of recruitment processes and hands-on technical skills in integrations, reporting, and automation. This role involves working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Technical teams to streamline recruitment workflows and deliver scalable ORC solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional consulting for ORC, including requirement gathering, configuration, and process optimization.
- Work on end-to-end recruitment workflows including job requisitions, job postings, candidate screening, offers, and onboarding integrations.
- Implement ORC technical components such as HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI reports, ORC integrations, and third-party integrations (including LinkedIn).
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, ensuring seamless system performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define recruitment processes and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Support UAT, documentation, training, and post-production stabilization activities.
Additional Skills
- Experience with ORC integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying system gaps and recommending solutions.
- Ability to optimize recruitment journeys and improve automation within ORC.
- Exposure to enhancement projects, upgrades, and new feature adoption.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM applications with strong focus on Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Proven techno-functional experience with a 70% functional and 30% technical blend.
- Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, ORC integrations, and LinkedIn integration.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
