Organizational Development Consultant -HR
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

About the Role
As an Organizational Development Consultant (ODC) – IC4, you will play a strategic role in shaping Oracle’s organizational effectiveness. You will partner with senior business leaders and HR teams to design and deliver OD interventions, leadership development programs, and talent strategies that enhance organizational performance, engagement, and change agility. This role requires deep expertise in change management, organizational diagnostics, leadership coaching, and global IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Development & Change Management
- Lead large-scale OD interventions aligned with business strategy, including culture transformation, leadership development, and organizational design.
- Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend interventions.
- Conduct organization-wide diagnostics using advanced tools to assess engagement, culture, and performance.
- Develop and implement frameworks for team effectiveness, employee engagement, and continuous learning.
- Coach leaders and teams to build OD capability and enhance change agility.
Leadership & Talent Development
- Design and facilitate leadership development programs, succession planning, and talent strategies across technical and business functions.
- Facilitate executive offsites, strategic planning sessions, and cross-functional workshops.
- Mentor and train other team members to build OD capability across the organization.
Data-Driven Insights & Strategy
- Analyze key people metrics and leverage data analytics to measure the impact of OD interventions.
- Align organizational change plans to Oracle’s strategic goals.
- Develop collateral materials and proposals for OD initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15–20 years of progressive experience in Organizational Development, preferably in IT, software, or technology-driven organizations.
- Proven track record of leading OD programs in complex, matrixed, global IT environments.
- Advanced knowledge of OD theories, behavioral science, and agile/hybrid workforce practices.
- Strong experience in coaching, facilitation, and learning design.
- Expertise in change management methodologies (Kotter, Prosci, ADKAR).
- Master’s degree / MBA in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with psychometric and assessment tools (Hogan, MBTI, LPI).
- Exposure to digital OD practices, virtual collaboration tools, and AI-driven HR analytics.
- Experience working across geographies and cultures in global delivery models.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of IT industry dynamics, including Agile, DevOps, and product development mindsets.
