About the Role:

As a Partner Solution Sales professional in AI Business Process, Cloud & AI Platform, or Security, you’ll be at the forefront of Microsoft’s core solution areas. Your mission is to accelerate Microsoft Cloud growth by managing a portfolio of high-performing Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs) and executing impactful co-sell strategies.

You’ll play a key role in shaping strategic go-to-market plans, enabling your partners to scale, and ensuring customer success at every level. From leading commercial strategy to coaching partners on Microsoft solution plays, your work will create direct business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the Cloud Solution Area (CSA) pipeline with assigned partners across the SMB segment.
  • Drive CSP revenue growth through co-sell and partner collaboration strategies.
  • Develop and execute partner sales plans to achieve quarterly Cloud Solution Area financial goals.
  • Leverage investments and incentives to accelerate deal progression and increase solution adoption.
  • Support pinned partners on high-value deals and manage commercial strategy using Microsoft Seller Experience (MSX) tools.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping partners remove blockers, win deals, and solve competitive challenges.
  • Achieve a minimum of 40% of total deal value through co-sell efforts with designated partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) 10+ years in core sales, partner/channel sales, solution/industry selling, business development, or marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree with 6+ years experience in a relevant role Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years experience in solution selling, partner/channel sales, or business development Equivalent combination of education and experience
