Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power Apps Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have deep proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business solutions. This role demands strong analytical skills, end-to-end application development experience, and the ability to design solutions aligned with best practices and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support business applications using Power Apps – Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
  • Build and optimize Power Automate (Cloud Flows) to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Integrate solutions with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, and other connectors as required.
  • Implement best practices for app performance, reusability, maintainability, and security.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-performing applications.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance existing Power Platform solutions for scalability and user experience improvements.
  • Participate in solution design, documentation, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational governance, environment strategy, and data security policies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) development.
  • Experience in Power Automate (Cloud Flows) and workflow automation.
  • Good understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 integrations, and connectors.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
