Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented PQA (Process Quality Assurance) Analyst to ensure compliance with defined processes, standards, and quality frameworks. The ideal candidate will monitor project execution, identify process gaps, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective measures.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct process audits, compliance checks, and quality reviews.
  • Monitor adherence to organizational policies, standards, and frameworks (ISO, CMMI, etc.).
  • Document findings, prepare audit reports, and track corrective actions.
  • Support teams with process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure defect prevention and process optimization practices are followed.
  • Provide training/awareness sessions on quality processes when required.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet quality objectives and customer requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in Process Quality Assurance or similar role.
  • Knowledge of CMMI, ISO, Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Experience with quality tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Excel dashboards).
