Product Marketer

Location: Bengaluru / Coimbatore

Experience: 4–8 Years


Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, technically strong Product Marketer to lead GTM efforts for Soliton’s protocol validation portfolio. The role requires translating complex technical capabilities into value-driven messaging, empowering sales teams, and driving market expansion across semiconductor verticals including automotive, consumer electronics, IoT, and industrial. The candidate will shape positioning, enable selling motions, and support key growth initiatives across new and emerging protocol standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute launch strategies for new protocol validation services across semiconductor segments.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence on validation service providers, protocol roadmaps, and emerging test methodologies.
  • Lead Voice of Customer (VoC) programs to understand pain points, usage patterns, and buyer motivations.
  • Create high-impact sales assets including presentations, case studies, ROI calculators, battle cards, and technical briefs.
  • Train and enable sales teams, partners, and distributors on protocol technologies and value propositions.
  • Represent Soliton in customer interactions, webinars, and industry events to enhance market presence.
  • Develop technical thought leadership content such as whitepapers, protocol validation guides, and industry trend reports.
  • Manage Soliton’s presence at major industry events (e.g., Embedded World, DAC, SEMICON), including collateral and speaking opportunities.
  • Influence the product roadmap through market research and customer insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Marketing, or Business.
  • 4–8 years of product marketing experience in B2B technology sectors such as semiconductors, test equipment, or engineering services.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to simplify complex engineering concepts.
  • Proven success in GTM strategy development for technical products with long enterprise sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards.

Good to Have

  • Understanding of I2C, SPI, UART, MIPI, and other semiconductor communication protocols.
  • Experience with test automation tools, protocol analyzers, and validation workflows.
  • Strong technical writing and multimedia content creation skills.
  • Experience using platforms like Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, or similar.
