Position Overview
We are seeking a Production Agent to join our Telecom Customer Support team in Pune. The ideal candidate will handle international customer interactions, resolve telecom-related issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to company quality and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international inbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
- Resolve queries related to billing, network issues, service activations, and plan changes.
- Accurately document customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Meet key performance metrics including call quality, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal support and technical teams for complex issue escalation.
- Stay updated on the latest telecom products, processes, and service changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
- Basic understanding of telecom services and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24×7 environment).

Education

HSC / Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc).
