About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager – Program & Project Management to lead and oversee large SAP projects. The ideal candidate will manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and quality, applying both traditional and agile methodologies. You will lead global, multifunctional teams and ensure projects are delivered with excellence while meeting organizational and client standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Manage day-to-day activities of large SAP projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.
- Team Management: Lead multifunctional global and virtual teams; supervise staff and ensure project governance.
- Methodologies: Facilitate Waterfall and Agile ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Iteration Planning, System Demos, and Retrospectives.
- Scope & Documentation: Define project scope, capture functional requirements, and secure sign-off from business stakeholders.
- Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, track earnings vs. burn rate, manage financial reporting, and ensure financial accountability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong relationships, communicate effectively, and manage stakeholder expectations across business and technical teams.
- Risk & Quality Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, manage changes, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Science, or related field.
- 10–14 years of experience in SAP, preferably SAP HANA, with domain knowledge in FICO, MM/WM, or SD modules.
- Certification in PRINCE2, PMP, CSM, or SAFe is a strong advantage.
- Experience managing software product development projects using both traditional and Agile methodologies.
