Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation to closure.

The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, effective communication, risk mitigation, and alignment with organizational goals while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, and budget
  • Lead internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution
  • Track and monitor project progress; identify deviations and implement corrective actions
  • Communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Identify project risks and drive mitigation strategies
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage Agile ceremonies and delivery metrics
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure audit readiness

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager handling mid to large-scale digital or IT projects
  • Strong understanding of Agile & Waterfall methodologies
  • Hands-on proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello)
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • PMP / CSM / PSM Certification (Preferred but not mandatory)
