Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage BIM-based project execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Supervise and support the MEP BIM team by providing guidance, resolving technical issues, and optimizing workflows.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand BIM requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes in compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and industry standards.
- Stay updated on BIM trends, tools, and technologies, fostering continuous learning and innovation within the team.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8–10 years of relevant work experience in BIM project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills in English.
- Proactive and collaborative in working with managers and leads to achieve work targets.
