We are looking for a skilled Project Manager – Electronics to manage and execute key activities across various departments including stores, logistics, and design teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling ERP systems (LN & PLM), managing project budgets, and coordinating with suppliers and various internal teams. The role also involves preparation for internal and external audits (AS9100D, ISO, and CMMI) and ensuring smooth project execution through effective tracking, documentation, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP – LN & PLM Activities: Manage ERP and PLM-related tasks to ensure effective project management and tracking of project deliverables.
- Coordination with Stores & Logistics: Work with the Powai, Talegaon, and Hazira stores and logistics teams to ensure proper material handling and timely delivery.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with various departments including QC, SCG, Design, and AIT teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Supplier Management: Follow up with suppliers, conduct supplier visits, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Work Package Execution: Oversee the execution of assigned work packages, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Dashboard & PPT Preparation: Prepare regular project dashboards and PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders to provide project status updates.
- Project Budget Management: Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and the project stays within financial parameters.
- Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits, including AS9100D, ISO, and CMMI.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in ERP systems (particularly LN & PLM).
- Experience in coordination between multiple teams (Powai, Talegaon, Hazira Stores, Logistics, QC, SCG, Design, and AIT).
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and ensure timely project execution.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, monitoring, and work package execution.
- Proficient in preparing dashboards and PPT presentations for project updates.
- Understanding of internal and external audit processes, particularly AS9100D, ISO, and CMMI standards.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics or a related field.
Required Experience:

2 to 4 years of experience in project management, with experience in ERP systems, logistics, and supplier coordination.
