Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, ensure successful project delivery, and drive continuous improvement. The role involves managing sprint cycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Plan, track, and manage project schedules, risks, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication between product owners, development teams, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile principles and promote best practices across teams.
  • Identify and resolve project impediments to maintain team productivity and delivery timelines.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management methodologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive project execution
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
