Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Quadient Developer to design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform. The role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and compliant document composition and communication solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Â Design and develop customer communication templates using Quadient Inspire Designer
- Configure and optimize workflows using Inspire Scaler for high-volume document processing
- Develop and maintain Inspire Interactive templates for personalized communications
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Quadient Inspire applications
- Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards
- Create and maintain technical documentation and version control
Technical Skills
Must Have:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer
- Experience with Inspire Scaler
- Experience with Inspire Interactive
- Strong understanding of document composition and output management
- Experience with data integration techniques
- Proficiency in XML, JavaScript, and Inspire scripting languages
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with version control systems
- Knowledge of deployment and release processes
- Quadient Inspire certifications
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of overall IT experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
