Quality – Senior Associate Consultant (Job Level 4A)

Location:  Jaipur

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate Consultant – Quality to enhance customer experience, improve operational performance, and drive a culture of process excellence. The ideal candidate will deploy proven improvement methodologies, leverage technology, and inspire employee creativity to achieve operational and business excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Continual Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Drive projects promoting a culture of improvement, innovation, and idea generation.
  • Lead and mentor continual improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and related methodologies.
  • Identify, scope, and define improvement projects aligned with business needs.
  • Develop project charters, timelines, and execute projects to successful closure.
  • Introduce new initiatives and best practices from industry benchmarks.
  • Drive automation through collaboration with technology and development teams.
  • Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Lean Six Sigma training for skill development.

2. Operational Support

  • Co-own quality and operational metrics; proactively support critical situations to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Identify risks, raise flags proactively, and take corrective actions to maintain performance.
  • Launch and manage improvement programs targeting underperforming KPIs and functions.

3. Team Management

  • Ensure resource availability as per operational norms.
  • Drive learning, development, and performance improvement initiatives for team members.
  • Achieve employee satisfaction and retention goals.
  • Foster engagement through recognition and rewards programs.

Required Qualifications

Academic Background:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).

Certifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Trained and Green Belt Certified from a recognized institute.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools (Minitab or equivalent).
  • Exposure to VBA programming and automation tools (preferred).

Domain Expertise:

  • F&A, S&F, and HRO domains.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of total experience.
  • At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in Process Improvement projects within a large BPO/KPO setup.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to mentor teams and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
