Location: PAN India 

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Rotary Equipment Specialist to support a pilot implementation under a Reliability Driven Execution (RDE) program for a leading energy organization. The role involves validating and executing asset strategies for rotating equipment using GE APM, with integration into SAP and eSOMS, laying the foundation for scalable enterprise-wide deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the onsite execution lead for pilot implementation of rotating equipment asset strategies
  • Validate, reconcile, and secure approval for asset strategies configured in GE APM
  • Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure accurate deployment into SAP PM and eSOMS
  • Conduct field inspections and verification of rotating equipment to support strategy validation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure standardization and scalability of the pilot model
  • Utilize GE APM for reliability analysis and strategy execution
  • Lead technical discussions, workshops, and client consultations
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Work closely with offshore teams across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate reporting, analysis, and documentation between onsite and offshore teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
  • 8–10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with strong exposure to rotating equipment
  • Hands-on experience with: GE APM (Meridium), SAP PM, eSOMS
  • Strong understanding of asset strategy development, implementation, and lifecycle management
  • Proven ability to lead onsite execution and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as CMRP, PE, or equivalent
  • Experience executing pilot projects or large-scale strategy deployments
  • Familiarity with RDE programs and enterprise asset management systems
  • Exposure to digital reliability platforms and data-driven maintenance models
