Job Description – SAP BTP Full Stack Developer
We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Full Stack Developer to work with a leading global client. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering high-quality applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), working closely with product owners, architects, and domain experts in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead development efforts within the specialized engineering team, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Design, develop, implement, and test end-to-end business processes using SAP BTP technologies.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, designers, and domain experts in a Scrum/Agile model.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices across the development lifecycle.
- Collect and translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and work estimates.
- Develop and maintain applications using SAP BTP – Neo & Cloud Foundry, CAP, Node.js, and SAP UI5/Fiori.
- Work with SAP HANA Cloud for complex modelling, stored procedures, views, analytics, and performance optimization.
- Implement security protocols including OAuth2, JWT, and SAML, ensuring compliance with SAP standards.
- Integrate SAP and non-SAP systems using OData, APIs, and cloud services.
- Participate in CI/CD, automation, testing, and DevOps practices.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong programming expertise in Node.js, SAP UI5/Fiori, CAP, HANA DB and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience developing and deploying applications on SAP BTP (Neo & Cloud Foundry).
- Hands-on experience with HANA Data Modeling, stored procedures, SDI/SDA integration and performance tuning.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Gateway, CPI, and automation test frameworks (OPA5/QUnit).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
