Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant – Sales to lead and support end-to-end SAP CRM implementations. The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring SAP CRM modules, collaborating with technical teams, and supporting testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP CRM processes (Sales, Service, Marketing)
- Configure SAP CRM Sales modules based on business needs and best practices
- Design and deliver end-to-end CRM solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and integrations
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities
- Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution
- Train end users and create functional documentation
- Collaborate with ABAP, Basis, and PI/PO teams for solution delivery
- Support data migration and integration with SAP ECC
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 9–11 years of experience in SAP CRM functional consulting
- Hands-on experience with at least one full-cycle SAP CRM implementation
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP CRM Sales (Service & Marketing exposure is a plus)
- Experience with SAP ECC integration, middleware, and data migration
- Ability to write clear functional specifications and work closely with technical teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
