Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP CRM Solution Architect to join their Customer Experience Center of Excellence. This role spans the entire project lifecycle, including presales, scoping, prototyping, design, and implementation. The architect will lead solution strategy, manage functional discussions, and guide junior consultants as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP CRM solution architecture across Sales and Service domains.
  • Conduct business workshops, drive requirement analysis, and recommend optimal CRM solutions.
  • Oversee full lifecycle CRM implementations, ensuring alignment from design to go-live.
  • Design, configure, and demonstrate CRM Sales & Service scenarios, covering standard features and custom extensions.
  • Analyze and define CRM master data and transactional processes.
  • Ensure seamless integration between CRM and ECC/S4HANA, including troubleshooting of integration issues.
  • Work with OData, Web Services, and other integration technologies.
  • Participate in scoping, design, customization, development, and overall project governance.
  • Engage with functional, technical, and customer teams using strong communication and consulting skills.
  • Support delivery in agile project environments.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 13–15 years of SAP CRM experience.
  • 3–4 full lifecycle CRM implementations, with architect role in at least two CRM or C4C projects.
  • Strong architectural leadership and ability to independently run business workshops.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes such as Lead to Cash, Customer Service, Warranty & Repair.
  • Expertise in CRM Sales & Service design, configurations, and demo capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM–ECC/S4 integration, OData, and Web Services.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Trade Promotion Management (TPM) experience
  • Exposure to CRM development and SAP C4C
  • Ability to work in shift schedules
