Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior SAP Development Lead with strong UI5/Fiori skills and experience in leading large development teams. The role involves overseeing SAP S/4HANA development, ensuring best practices, quality of deliverables, and governance across multiple streams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4HANA development teams, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and quality standards.
- Manage end-to-end ABAP and UI5/Fiori developments, including WRICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
- Oversee SAP Fiori app development, role mapping, OData service creation/consumption, and UI extensions.
- Review technical designs, provide feedback, and propose solutions for performance and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors during implementation and post-go-live support.
Required Skills
- SAP UI5/Fiori Development (Standard & Custom Apps, Fiori Elements, Launchpad configuration)
- SAP ABAP on HANA (CDS, AMDP, RAP, Restful ABAP programming)
- SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP), SAP Build Apps, Process Automation, Workzone
- Web Services / OData / BRF and SAP Workflow Management
- Strong full-stack SAP development experience
- Experience in reviewing code and guiding teams
Qualifications
- BE/BTech or equivalent IT degree
- 7–12 years in SAP development and implementation roles
- Experience in multinational environments
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
