Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Functional Consultant to support, enhance, and implement Extended Warehouse Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of SAP EWM processes, excellent analytical and documentation skills, and hands-on experience with at least one full-cycle SAP EWM implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Prepare Blueprints and participate in end-to-end project implementation.
- Validate reports, customizations, and configuration changes.
- Execute Functional Testing & Integration Testing.
- Provide end-user training and handle day-to-day operational queries.
- Enhance SAP functionalities based on evolving business needs.
- Manage IT access requirements and ensure smooth system operations.
- Review and manage service request backlogs, ensuring proper prioritization and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and enterprise support groups to resolve system issues.
- Perform data mapping, gap analysis, and process documentation between As-Is and To-Be systems.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure readiness for deployment.
- Create high-quality functional specs, test cases, test scripts, and status reports.
- Work on interfaces with BI, XI, and related workflow tools.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM.
- At least one end-to-end SAP EWM implementation.

- Goods Receipt, Inspection, Deconsolidation
- Physical Inventory
- Replenishment
- Wave Processing
- Picking / Packing / Shipping
- Warehouse Inspection
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose solutions.

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience working with SAP workflow tools.
- Ability to adapt to flexible working hours.
- Understanding of industry trends and warehouse automation practices.
