Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Implementation Consultant with strong expertise in GRC 12 Access Control and SAP Security to design, implement, and support enterprise security and compliance solutions. The candidate will work across S/4HANA, BW, and Fiori landscapes, ensuring robust authorization models, SoD compliance, and risk mitigation.

Must Have Skills

  • Strong technical expertise in SAP GRC 12 Access Control components:

    • EAM (Emergency Access Management)

    • ARM (Access Request Management)

    • ARA (Access Risk Analysis)

    • BRM (Business Role Management)

  • Hands-on experience in GRC ARA, SoD analysis, and mitigation controls.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex SAP Security & GRC issues.
  • Strong experience in role design and authorization concepts across: S/4HANA, BW, Fiori
  • Experience in SU24 maintenance and SU25 execution during upgrades or system refresh.
  • Hands-on experience with BW analytical authorizations.
  • Expertise in Fiori Group, Space & Catalog creation and troubleshooting Fiori authorization issues.
  • Experience with Change Request Management (ChaRM) in Solution Manager for transport creation and control.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement and support SAP GRC 12 Access Control framework.
  • Configure and manage EAM, ARM, ARA, and BRM.
  • Perform SoD analysis, remediation, and mitigation.
  • Design and maintain SAP Security roles and authorizations.
  • Support upgrades with SU24 maintenance and SU25 execution.
  • Manage Fiori security: Spaces, Groups, Catalogs, and roles.
  • Troubleshoot authorization issues across S/4, BW, and Fiori.
  • Support transport management using ChaRM (SolMan).
  • Work closely with functional and basis teams to ensure compliance and security best practices.

Good to Have Skills

  • Exposure to SAP GRC 12 Implementation projects.
  • Experience with HANA DB User & Role Administration.
  • Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in hybrid delivery models.
