Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant to lead the Inventory Optimization workstream for S/4HANA Greenfield implementations. The role involves solution design, configuration, stakeholder collaboration, and post-go-live support for SAP IBP modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the SAP IBP functional workstream for S/4HANA Greenfield projects.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP IBP solutions.
  • Design and configure Demand, Supply, Inventory Optimization, and Response Supply.
  • Ensure delivery aligned with SAP Activate methodology.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and mentor junior consultants.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for SAP module integration.
  • Support testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement inputs.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP IBP / Supply Chain Planning.
  • Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP IBP implementations.
  • Strong exposure to S/4HANA Greenfield projects.
  • Hands-on with IBP Response & Supply, IBP S&OP, Inventory Optimization.
  • Good understanding of SAP Activate methodology (certification preferred).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead functional teams.

Education

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
