Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Consultant – Plan to Manufacture (P2M) to design, implement, and support SAP P2M solutions for the medical devices and life sciences industry. The role requires strong expertise in manufacturing processes, SAP configuration, and close collaboration with supply chain, quality, and regulatory teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP P2M implementation and enhancement projects across manufacturing operations
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications
  • Configure SAP modules related to: Production Planning,Shop Floor Control, Manufacturing Execution
  • Work on PP/DS in S/4HANA environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with procurement, inventory, and quality systems
  • Support data migration, testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities
  • Provide post–go-live support and continuous optimization of SAP P2M processes
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards
  • Prepare and maintain functional design documents, process flows, and configuration documentation

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • 7–10+ years of experience in SAP Functional roles with focus on Plan to Manufacture (P2M)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in medical devices or life sciences domain
  • Hands-on experience with: SAP PP ,SAP PP-PI, SAP QM
  • Integration with MES systems
  • Proven experience in SAP implementations and upgrades
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • SAP certification in relevant modules is an added advantage
