Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Signavio Lead Consultant to lead process modeling, discovery, and optimization activities as part of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation. The role involves close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to drive process excellence using SAP Signavio Suite, aligned with SAP Activate methodology and SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP Signavio process modeling and analysis across all phases of the S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.
  • Capture, model, analyze, and optimize business processes using: SAP Signavio Process Manager, SAP Signavio Process Intelligence
  • Facilitate process discovery and Fit-to-Standard workshops, identify gaps, and recommend improvements aligned with SAP best practices.
  • Ensure traceability of business requirements to process models and SAP system configurations.
  • Integrate Signavio outputs with the SAP Activate methodology, supporting: Solution Design, Fit-to-Standard workshops, Business blueprinting
  • Support process governance, documentation, and change management initiatives.
  • Coordinate with SAP and third-party vendors as required.

Signavio Suite Enablement

  • Provide functional guidance on SAP Signavio capabilities including: Collaboration Hub, Journey Modeler, Workflow Accelerator
  • Support process mining and performance analytics initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams.
  • Work effectively in Agile or hybrid project environments.

Mandatory Skills

  • SAP Signavio Suite
  • MFG PPM – EPPM

    (Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, CPM, Financial Planning)

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of overall SAP experience
  • At least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Signavio tools
  • Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) principles
  • Proven experience in process discovery, modeling, and optimization
  • Familiarity with S/4HANA modules and integration points
  • Experience with process mining and performance analytics

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration Or related field

Certifications (Preferred)

  • SAP Signavio Certification
  • SAP Activate Certification or proven hands-on experience

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
