Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll) Consultant to manage and support payroll operations for India and KSA regions. The role involves ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing while collaborating closely with HR, Finance, IT, and external stakeholders.
Job Description
- Oversee the implementation, support, and maintenance of SuccessFactors EC Payroll for India and KSA
- Ensure compliance with local payroll laws, tax regulations, social security, and labor laws
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to streamline payroll processes and integrations
- Monitor payroll data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Support payroll system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting
- Provide training and ongoing support to end users on payroll functionalities
- Generate payroll reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review
- Coordinate with external payroll vendors and government agencies as required
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for India and KSA using SuccessFactors EC Payroll
- Validate payroll inputs such as: Attendance, Leave, Benefits
- Ensure statutory compliance including taxation, social security, and labor regulations
- Troubleshoot payroll-related issues in coordination with technical and functional teams
- Assist in payroll audits and maintain accurate documentation
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to align payroll operations with organizational policies
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and ensure system updates accordingly

- SAP Process Modelling Suite: Signavio, ARIS, Visio
Good-to-Have Skills
- Advanced experience with SAP Process Modelling tools
- Exposure to payroll analytics and reporting
