Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Warehouse Management (WM) / Logistics Execution Consultant to support testing, analysis, and defect resolution across global regions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Warehouse Management processes, test execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regression testing for Non-Asia regions, ensuring process coverage and identifying functional variances.
  • Support TCOE (Test Center of Excellence) in test automation, test data preparation, and test strategy execution.
  • Build and execute functional test scripts for Asia region based on inputs from project teams.
  • Analyze regression test defects, perform initial investigation, and provide fixes or inputs to the Colgate functional team when defects require solution changes.
  • Work closely with Colgate TCOE and other global functional teams to ensure alignment across testing cycles.
  • Provide insights into process understanding, test variants, and manual testing approaches.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with stakeholders during testing, defect triage, and validation phases.
  • Apply strong domain knowledge in Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution to validate end-to-end flows.
  • Support functional teams in reviewing process designs, identifying gaps, and improving test coverage.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes across inbound, outbound, storage, and inventory management.
  • Experience in building test scripts, regression testing, and functional validation.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
