  • As an Senior Business Analyst in Digital Manufacturing, overseeing integration and automation, you ll lead both digital capability strategy and associated business value results for Nestl Asia Oceania Africa (AOA)
  • You will connect and drive digital strategy, aligned with the business strategy, to ensure that digital roadmap and associated IT product/project portfolio maximizes investment and value realization
  • This will be achieved by stimulating, surfacing, and shaping demand for digital capabilities and assets, in addition to ensuring that the potential business value from those capabilities and assets are captured, optimized, and recognized
Key responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Digital Manufacturing Lead (DMA) for Asia, Oceania, Africa you will be contributing to delivering the DMA solutions to Nestl factories in AOA (Asia, Oceania and Africa) and GC (Greater China).
  • Deliver support to the markets/factories for sustain and leverage/improvement projects in the area of HMI/SCADA (Aveva Software), Device Integration, Aveva Edge and AOI (Rockwell) scripts.
  • Supporting the use of Aveva Software and Rockwell (i.e. Aveva Edge, Intouch, System Platform, OI Server, etc.).
  • Act as a project team member in areas of deployment of HMI/SCADA and MES solutions (provide the methodology, training, trouble shooting, etc.).
  • OT layer (PLC, scales, checkweighers, printers, IIoT devices, X-ray, Metal Detectors).
  • Maximize Factory Business Benefits with Seamless End-to-End Integration of Factory Automation and our Digital Manufacturing Application.
  • Be an escalation point for markets/factories for issues related to this area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with the Global Digital Manufacturing Integration and Automation contact.
  • Work closely with the Factory Floor IT regional contact.
  • Develop a clear understanding of the DMA product group strategy and work with teams to ensure deliver of high-quality services.
  • Collaborate on the creation of training materials for the applications and deliver training to the end users.
  • Support the analysis and resolution of issues in collaboration with the sustain team.
  • Coach, motivate and guide staff belonging to various organizations (business and IT) to understand the business needs and find the best solution that will both align with the customer objectives and the IT strategy.
  • Effectively simulate and troubleshoot interface control between the Automation layer and Digital Manufacturing Application
Required Profile
  • At least 7 years of experience in a combination of Manufacturing IT, Engineering, and/or Automation
  • Bachelors or masters degree in information systems, computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Good understanding of IT, Aveva Products and integration with MES Solutions, testing knowledge and ideally configuration knowledge for T&P Digital Manufacturing.
  • Experience in supporting Aveva solution roll outs and working across different time zones.
  • Experience with implementing and integrating Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with the automation layer
  • Experience managing projects or working towards a deadline.
  • Working with clients or customers internal or external.
  • Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology.
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
