About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Consultant with deep expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software and a passion for driving business growth in cutting-edge technology markets. This role will play a key part in executing our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for AI-driven software test automation solutions designed for end-to-end testing of PLM software and connected enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLM solution sales, a proven track record of managing high-value enterprise opportunities, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across multiple industries, including automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the PLM software ecosystem, focusing on industries such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and defense.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, engineering heads, and IT leaders to understand their PLM challenges and align them with our solutions.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to design and deliver customized PLM testing solutions, clearly articulating ROI and long-term value to customers.
- Market Intelligence: Track and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and product positioning.
- Partnership Development: Build alliances with technology providers, system integrators (SIs), and channel partners to enhance reach and market penetration.
- Sales Enablement: Create and deliver compelling proposals, demos, and presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of PLM automation solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate forecasting, timely reporting, and goal achievement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, including a minimum of 5 years focused on PLM software (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA, or similar).
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of PLM processes, product development lifecycles, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value enterprise deals in the technology sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or IT; an MBA is an added advantage.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with PLM-connected applications (e.g., CAD, ERP, MES) and experience using CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

- Prior experience with major system integrators (SIs) in the PLM space.
- Understanding of AI-driven automation and its applications in testing and digital transformation.
- Experience in enterprise software GTM strategy and channel partnership management.
