Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Business Development Executive with strong experience in IT Technology Services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, managing, and closing leads, driving aggressive revenue growth, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and close new business opportunities in IT technology services
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Identify client needs and propose appropriate IT solutions
- Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams for solution alignment
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting through CRM tools
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–10 years of proven experience in IT services sales / business development
- Demonstrated track record of lead generation and successful deal closures
- Strong understanding of IT technology services (Web, Mobile, Enterprise, Cloud, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to drive aggressive sales growth
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client engagement skills
