Job Description

Senior Business Development Manager 

Experience: 8–12 Years

Locations: India: Mumbai / Bangalore / Chennai 


Role Overview

Drive enterprise sales growth for Cloudmon’s observability solutions by building accounts, channels, partnerships, and market presence. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role with scope to scale teams and business in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and achieve sales targets
  • Build and manage enterprise customer relationships
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategic accounts
  • Present and position Cloudmon solutions to CXOs and decision-makers
  • Build and manage channel partners and alliances
  • Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting to deal closure
  • Manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with presales and technical teams for solutioning
  • Track pipeline, forecasts, and sales activities in CRM
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape

Key Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Strong exposure to IT infrastructure, monitoring, observability solutions
  • Proven experience selling to large enterprises
  • Strong technical understanding of monitoring solutions
  • Experience with channels, partnerships, and ecosystem building
  • Ability to independently build markets and accounts
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience in team building is a plus

Preferred Background

  • Experience working with or competing against firms like HP, IBM, Dell, ManageEngine, or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Technology (preferred)
