Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to build and deploy advanced machine learning solutions, with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and predictive analytics. You will lead end-to-end data science initiatives and deliver production-ready AI solutions that drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy ML models with emphasis on LLMs, NLP, and predictive analytics
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to production deployment
- Fine-tune and apply Large Language Models (GPT, BERT, T5) for business use cases
- Build predictive models for forecasting, classification, and optimization
- Develop and maintain NLP pipelines for text analytics and document processing
- Architect scalable ML solutions using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face
- Collaborate with engineering teams to operationalize models
Who You Are
- Master’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering)
- 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Large Language Models
- Proven experience deploying ML models to production environments
Core Skills & Experience
- Expert proficiency in Python with strong software engineering practices
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face
- Strong knowledge of NLP techniques (tokenization, NER, sentiment analysis)
- Solid background in regression, classification, time-series forecasting, and ensemble methods
