About the Job
The Senior Executive – Data Management (HR Ops) will manage global employee data, support payroll processes, maintain reporting and dashboards, and ensure compliance with HR policies, while driving process improvements within HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage creation and maintenance of employee data globally.
- Assist Payroll team with new hire enrollment and related HR operations.
- Maintain queues, SLAs, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly HR reports and analyses for senior leadership.
- Ensure timely updates to team leads and onshore counterparts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in HR or Business preferred.
- 3-7 years of experience in HR Operations with ERP tools like Oracle-HCM or SAP.
- Strong command of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and management skills.
- Effective time management and ability to multitask.
