Job Overview
The Senior Executive – HR will support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, and HR data management. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all HR functions from recruitment to exit, including query resolution and escalation management.
- Perform quality checks for Associate-related processes and make timely corrections.
- Maintain accurate employee data, ensuring timely and error-free data entry.
- Manage paperwork related to hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle changes.
- File and maintain employee documents such as contracts, leave forms, and other HR-related paperwork.
- Monitor HR inboxes, respond to employee inquiries, and escalate cases to appropriate teams.
- Prepare and manage HR reports, including aging reports and periodic data summaries.
- Participate in client calls related to report updates and maintenance.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support special projects during high-volume periods.
- Perform other administrative and HR tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Eligibility & Competencies
Qualifications

Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of HR processes and confidentiality standards.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Experience with SAP, ServiceNow, and SuccessFactors is preferred.
- Strong comprehension, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
