Job Overview
The Senior Executive – Order to Cash (Assignment Management) will be responsible for managing client feedback processes, coordinating with internal stakeholders, delivering training, and supporting accurate reporting and invoicing. This role requires strong communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbox & Queue Management
- Manage the Client Feedback Outlook inbox and respond promptly to queries from Assignment Teams, CFCs, and clients.
- Monitor and handle the CF Queue and Manual Load Balancer.
- Act as the coordination link between Assignment Teams and CFCs for non-automated processes.
- Participate in regular CFC calls to stay updated on feedback procedures.
- Communicate effectively across teams via email, Slack, and phone calls.
- Training & Guidance
- Train Search Teams on CF systems, especially batching processes.
- Deliver and publish CF training sessions for relevant teams.Share invoices with CFCs as required.
- Prepare and distribute detailed and summary-level Client Feedback reports.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Patience and adaptability to work with complex systems.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Slack, and MS Office.
- Strong Excel skills with ability to run queries and generate reports.
- Experience in training delivery and handling cross-functional stakeholders.
- Interest in using AI and analytics for continuous process improvement.
- Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Power BI, SQL, and Tableau (preferred).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum: 3 years of experience in a relevant domain.
