Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven Senior Executive for our Record to Report (R2R) – Fixed Assets Accounting team. The role involves maintaining financial data and records in compliance with accounting standards and organizational guidelines. The ideal candidate will have exposure to core Fixed Assets processes such as Capex reviews, project budgeting, master data creation, asset creation, journal entries, and account reconciliations. The candidate must ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all tasks while supporting process improvements and maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Verify accurate coding of Capex and Opex expenses across relevant projects.
- Create Internal Orders and load budgets for project requirements.
- Create Purchase Orders (PO) and complete Goods Receipts (GR).
- Maintain and update Fixed Assets master data, including new asset creation.
- Perform month-end journal postings and account reconciliations.
- Identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all assigned targets are met in line with SLAs and internal quality standards.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor, contributing to smooth R2R operations.
Qualifications:

Graduate in Accounting/Commerce (minimum 15 years of education).
