Job Description

Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition

Location: Bangalore / Coimbatore

Experience: 3+ Years

Salary: 4-6 LPA


Position Overview

With over 25 years of excellence in solving complex engineering problems, Soliton is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional who can independently manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer coordination and onboarding support. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and significantly contribute to organizational scaling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and refine job descriptions.
  • Assist in developing job specifications and improving evaluation processes.
  • Identify and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Draft, publish, and manage recruitment advertisements across digital and print platforms.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment partners and ensure timely delivery of quality profiles.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates through resume reviews, interviews, and assessments.
  • Facilitate interviews by connecting shortlisted candidates with hiring managers.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with candidates for an excellent hiring experience.
  • Conduct background verification and reference checks for final selections.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking and proactive outreach.
  • Represent Soliton at job fairs, campus drives, and industry hiring events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience; IT or technical hiring experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and IT hiring dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn & Naukri.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, methods, and local hiring regulations.
