Job Title: Senior Manager – Network Infrastructure

Location: Bangalore, India (Onsite)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Network Infrastructure to lead and manage our enterprise 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) across 300+ global sites and hybrid cloud environments. The role combines operational leadership, technical expertise, and strategic planning to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise networks. You will drive incident management, team performance, and infrastructure optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Cloud, Security, Infrastructure, and Applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily NOC operations, ensuring incident response, escalation management, and 24/7 network availability.
  • Supervise and mentor NOC Analysts, Network Engineers, and NREs; track KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive skill development plans.
  • Serve as the highest escalation point for network incidents, manage change implementation, and ensure adherence to ITSM processes and best practices.
  • Oversee network monitoring, performance tuning, proactive issue prevention, and automation initiatives to enhance reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Cloud, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to support deployments, migrations, and incident resolution.
  • Maintain network diagrams, SOPs, runbooks, and documentation; ensure compliance with governance, risk, and operational standards.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on network health, SLA adherence, incident trends, and operational risks; deliver RCA and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or related field.
  • 8+ years in network operations or engineering, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Expertise in enterprise networking (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPNs, VLANs, SD-WAN).
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst, Meraki, ASA, Palo Alto Networks, and Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA).
  • Experience with cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNet, ExpressRoute, TGW) and network monitoring tools (LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, PRTG).
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and change management processes.

Preferred: CCNP, PCNSE, ZCCA/ZCNA, AWS/Azure networking certifications; experience managing multi-role teams across time zones; exposure to automation tools like Terraform, Python, Ansible; knowledge of ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliance.
